We then draft a position and candidate specification. This specification describes in detail the company and its vision, the role and responsibilities, and summarizes the experience, qualifications and key competencies required for success.
Identify
With this specification, our researchers leverage our proprietary global database to map against requirements. We speak to a network of executives familiar with the industry to seek informal views and opinions.
The assessment of key competencies forms the basis of our process. Our consultants conduct rigorous interviews to assess work style, ethics, and fit within the team dynamics.
Present and Offer
We prepare a candidate summary and recommendation for the Client. Post-interview, we conduct thorough reference checks to further measure and assess competencies.
Our consultants are available to participate in negotiations during the offer stage. Unsuccessful candidates are promptly and professionally informed.
Review
